We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window: 7 days from delivery date for manufacturing defects only.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Refurbished machines, dumbbells, plates, flooring, and accessories (handles, bars, rods) after use.
• Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or improper earthing / voltage fluctuation.
• Customized or assembled outdoor park equipment.

Process: Share unboxing video (mandatory) + defect video on 9004946337 within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange replacement or repair.

Refund: If replacement is not possible, refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to original payment method after pickup of product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Warranty: New Machines: 1 Year Motor/Frame Warranty. Refurbished: 6 Months Service Warranty. Warranty does not cover belt, wear & tear, or electrical issues due to voltage.
